CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment holds great significance to me. If you need to cancel, I kindly ask that you inform me at least 24-12 hours in advance. Please do not email me as I dont check my emails periodically during the day but please text or call the business number 716-336-4826 Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 12 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, which will be charged to the card on file. Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a full charge of 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment.
